Does anyone have an oroentation model or "syllabus" they are willing to share?

I teach at two different colleges. One of them has an orientation module that is automatically included within each online course. It is fantastic because it covers most of what you have discussed today. The other college does not, so I spend a lot of time working with students who struggle with some of the most basic elements of the online format.
